Introduction of a Change. For all changes, whether requested by the Agency or initiated by the Contractor, the Contractor shall submit a proposal for a Contract Change Notice (CCN) on the form attached hereto. The CCN shall be filled in completely, and boxes or lines which are not applicable shall be so designated by use of the letters "NA". The form shall be signed by the Contractor's authorised representative(s) and submitted to the Agency's Contracts Officer. The Contractor shall ensure that each change proposal is fully coordinated and that all reasonably foreseeable implications of the change have been considered. If the space on the form is not sufficient to describe the change and its consequences, the additional information shall be annexed to the form. The Contractor shall, on request of the Agency, provide additional documentary evidence.
