Investigation Reports Clause Samples

The Investigation Reports clause outlines the procedures and requirements for preparing and delivering reports following an investigation into a specific incident or issue. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for conducting the investigation, the format and content required in the report, and the timeline for submission to relevant parties. For example, after a workplace accident, the responsible party must compile a detailed report summarizing findings, evidence, and recommended actions. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability by documenting investigative findings and facilitating informed decision-making or corrective actions.
