The Interface Clause Samples

The Interface. The Interface provides a web-based or mobile-based means of access to a decentralizing protocol on a number of public blockchains that allow users to submit their treasuries for risk management, treasury allocation recommendations, and vault adjustments in accordance with prevailing digital asset market conditions (the “Aera Protocol”, or the “Protocol”). The Interface is distinct from the Protocol and is one, but not the exclusive, means of accessing the Protocol. The Protocol itself may have multiple versions, each of which will comprise open-source or source-available self-executing smart contracts that are deployed on a number of public blockchains, such as Ethereum and/or Polygon. Aera Foundation does not control or operate any version of the Protocol on any blockchain. By using the Interface, you acknowledge and agree that you are neither buying nor selling digital assets from us or any participant in the Protocol, and that we do not operate any vaults or liquidity pools on the Protocol or control transaction execution on the Protocol or operate an exchange for digital assets, provide digital asset transfer or digital asset custody services to you. Deployments of assets and other code between blockchains may make use of cross-chain “bridges” to facilitate the transfer. We do not control nor develop the software required to operate such bridges, and cannot guarantee the safe, efficient, or effective transfer of anything using such bridges. You acknowledge and agree that such bridges carry inherent vulnerabilities which may contribute to a partial or total loss of the transferred assets or information, but that we, you, or other parties may yet utilize them as part of Protocol operations. To access the Products, you must use non-custodial wallet software, which allows you to transact with public blockchains. Your relationship with the provider of such non-custodial wallet will be governed by separate terms of service with such provider. Neither we, nor any other participant in the Protocol, have custody or control over the contents of your wallet, and will have no ability to transfer or retrieve its contents. By connecting your wallet to our Interface or linking it to any version of our Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Interface. The Interface provides a web or mobile-based means of access to a decentralized protocol on the Solana blockchain that allows users to trade certain compatible digital assets (the "Spot protocol" or the "Protocol"). The Interface is distinct from the Protocol and is one, but not the exclusive, means of accessing the Protocol. The Protocol is comprised of open-source or source-available self-executing smart contracts that are deployed on various public blockchains. Spot Labs does not control or operate any version of the Protocol on any blockchain network. By using the Interface, you understand that you are not buying or selling digital assets from us and that we do not operate any liquidity pools on the Protocol or control trade execution on the Protocol. When traders pay fees for trades, those fees accrue to liquidity providers for the Protocol. As a general matter, Spot Labs is not a liquidity provider into Protocol liquidity pools and liquidity providers are independent third parties. To access the Interface, you must use a non-custodial wallet software, which allows you to interact with public blockchains. Your relationship with that non-custodial wallet provider is governed by the applicable terms of service. We do not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet and have no ability to retrieve or transfer its contents. By connecting your wallet to our Interface, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all of the terms incorporated herein by reference.
The Interface. The Interface provides a web or mobile-based means of access to (a) a decentralised protocol on various public blockchains, including but not limited to Kaspa, that allows users to trade certain compatible digital assets (the "KASPEX protocol" or the “Protocol"). The Interface is distinct from the Protocol and is one, but not the exclusive, means of accessing the Protocol. The Protocol itself has one version, designated as v1 which comprises open-source or source-available self-executing smart contracts that are deployed on various public blockchains. By using the Interface, you understand that you are not buying or selling digital assets from us and that we do not operate any liquidity pools on the Protocol or fully control trade execution on the Protocol. As a general matter, KASPEX is not a liquidity provider into Protocol liquidity pools and liquidity providers are independent third parties. To access the Interface, you must use a non-custodial wallet software, which allows you to interact with public blockchains. Your relationship with that non-custodial wallet provider is governed by the applicable terms of service (with respect to the future KASPEX Wallet, this Agreement, and with respect to a third party wallet, the applicable terms of service of such third party). We do not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet and have no ability to retrieve or transfer its contents. By connecting your wallet to our Interface, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all of the terms incorporated herein by reference.
The Interface. Foundation has made available the Interface to allow users to interact with the Protocol. The Interface is distinct from the Protocol and is one, but not the exclusive, means of accessing the Protocol. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform (including the Interface) solely in accordance with this Agreement and to facilitate your use of the Protocol. You agree that you will not use, modify, distribute, tamper with, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile our Platform (including the Interface) for any purpose other than as expressly permitted pursuant to this Agreement. Except as set forth in this Agreement, we grant you no rights to our Platform, the Interface, including any intellectual property rights therein.
