Common use of Invoice Frequency Clause in Contracts

Invoice Frequency. Invoice will be sent to the Buyer Monthly according to the successful completion of work packages in arrears Call-Off Contract value: The total value of this Call-Off Contract is up-to a maximum of £3,500,000.00 (Excluding VAT) over the entire term of the contract.
