Common use of Invoiced Dates Clause in Contracts

Invoiced Dates. On the day of each Crude Oil Withdrawal, Vitol shall prepare and deliver to Coffeyville a provisional invoice (each, the “Provisional Invoice”), which Provisional Invoice shall be due and payable in full on such day. The Provisional Invoice shall include: (i) any corrections to volumes forecasted in a prior invoice for delivery on such date, (ii) any corrections to the WTI Prices forecasted in a prior invoice for volumes delivered, (iii) any volumes resold or exchanged, if applicable, and (iv) volumes forecasted for delivery up to and including the immediately subsequent Business Day.
