Invoices and Supporting Documentation Sample Clauses

The "Invoices and Supporting Documentation" clause establishes the requirements for submitting invoices and the necessary accompanying documents to support payment requests. Typically, this clause outlines what information must be included on invoices, such as itemized charges, dates of service, and reference numbers, and may require the submission of receipts, timesheets, or other proof of work performed. Its core practical function is to ensure that payments are processed efficiently and accurately by providing clear standards for documentation, thereby reducing disputes and delays related to billing.
