Invoices Based on Time and Materials Clause Samples
The "Invoices Based on Time and Materials" clause establishes that billing for services will be calculated according to the actual hours worked and the materials used, rather than a fixed price. In practice, this means the client receives invoices that detail labor hours, applicable hourly rates, and the cost of any materials or expenses incurred during the project. This approach ensures that payment accurately reflects the resources consumed, providing flexibility for projects where the scope or requirements may change over time.
