Common use of Invoicing Schedule Clause in Contracts

Invoicing Schedule. Quarterly invoices and invoice summaries are due within thirty (30) days after the expiration of each quarter in which this Agreement is active. Final invoices and invoice summaries are due within thirty (30) days following the expiration or termination date of this Agreement. The following table includes the expiration dates of each applicable quarter as well as the due dates for all quarterly and final invoices and invoice summaries submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
