Involuntary Reassignment and/or Involuntary Room Change. 1. The Superintendent may make involuntary reassignments in accordance with the established educational goals, staffing requirements of the District and the best interests of the District’s educational programs. Reassignments shall not be used as a disciplinary measure or for the purpose of harassment. 2. Unit members shall be given notification of any administrative order that they be reassigned for the coming school year and, excepting emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
