IP Address. The Cooperative dynamically assigns you IP addresses that it can change at its discretion, at any time and without notice. The Cooperative assumes no liability whatsoever for any claims, damages, losses or costs arising out of or in connection with a change in the IP address. If required, the option of a static IP address is available for an additional fee, see Annex 1.
IP Address. Pursuant to Section 5, the System uses identification technology in an attempt to verify that the sender and receiver of System transmissions can be appropriately identified by each other. Accordingly, in the Application, the Bank has requested the internet protocol address (“IP Address”) of Customer and/or its Users in order to increase the effectiveness of such technology and to provide Customer with the option for Customer to restrict the ability of Customer and/or its Users to engage in certain transactions on the System, including but not limited to initiating wire transfers, from an IP Address other than an IP Address provided to the Bank. Thus, the Bank has made available to Customer security procedures which restrict access from a foreign IP Address. If Customer opts out of providing IP Addresses to the Bank, Customer represents to the Bank that it refuses IP Address restrictions and acknowledges and agrees that pursuant to the Agreement and the California Commercial Code, it is bound by any payment order, whether or not authorized, issued in its name and accepted by the Bank in compliance with the security procedure chosen by the Customer.
IP Address. Refers to IPv4 or IPv6 addresses without making any distinction between the two. When there is need to make a distinction, IPv4 or IPv6 is used.
IP Address. If we provide an IP address to you we will retain ownership of it. It may only be used by you while using the Services, and may not be transferred. Upon Termination of this Service Agreement your right to use this IP address will end. IP addresses are recycled.
IP Address. We will provide you with a dynamically assigned IP address as a component of the single-user Service. You agree not to alter, modify or tamper with the IP address or those of any other person connected to the Service. We will recover the IP address upon disconnection, discontinuance or termination of the Service, We reserve the right to disconnect or reclassify the Service to commercial grade for failure to comply with any portion of this Agreement. Static IP addresses are available to you for an additional fee.
IP Address. The numeric address of a computer connected to the Internet; also called Internet address. IP addresses will be dynamically assigned.
IP Address. The Tenant will not be given a static IP Address.
IP Address. Any IP address(es) allocated to the Customer by Zenlayer shall remain the sole property of Zenlayer. Customer is given a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such IP address(s) until termination or suspension of the Service. Zenlayer reserves the right to change an allocated IP address at any time.
