IP Addresses. Any IP addresses assigned or allocated to Customer by Blackboard shall remain, at all times, the property of Blackboard and shall be nontransferable and Customer shall have no right to use such IP addresses upon termination of this Agreement. Any change requested by Customer to the Blackboard allocated addresses must be agreed to by the Parties. Customer understands that the IP Services provided under this Agreement (including Internet use) may require registrations and related administrative reports that are public in nature.
