Irp Site Sample Clauses

The 'IRP Site' clause defines the specific physical or virtual location where the Incident Response Plan (IRP) is implemented or managed. In practice, this clause identifies the address, facility, or digital environment that serves as the central point for coordinating incident response activities, such as a company’s data center, a designated office, or a secure online platform. By clearly specifying the IRP Site, the clause ensures all parties understand where critical response actions will take place, thereby reducing confusion and facilitating efficient incident management.
