Irregular Working Hours Sample Clauses

The Irregular Working Hours clause defines the conditions under which an employee may be required to work hours that do not follow a standard or fixed schedule. Typically, this clause outlines the employer's right to assign work during evenings, weekends, or varying shifts, and may specify how notice is given or how compensation is handled for such hours. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the employer to meet operational needs while clarifying expectations for employees, thereby reducing disputes over scheduling and overtime.
