Irrevocable Instructions to Provide Notice. The forms of the notice required to be mailed pursuant to Sections 4.05 and 14.01 of the Prior Trust Agreement are substantially in the forms attached hereto as Exhibits 1 and 2. The City hereby irrevocably instructs the Escrow Bank to mail a notice of prepayment and a notice of defeasance of the Refunded Certificates in accordance with Sections 4.05 and 14.01, respectively, of the Prior Trust Agreement, as required to provide for the prepayment of the Refunded Certificates in accordance with this Section 5.

The City District hereby irrevocably instructs the Escrow Bank Prior Trustee to mail a notice of prepayment and a notice of defeasance of the Refunded Certificates in accordance with Sections 4.05 4.03 and 14.0110.01, respectively, of the Prior Trust Agreement, as required to provide for the prepayment of the Refunded Certificates in accordance with this Section 5.
