Final Payment A. Upon final completion and acceptance of the Work in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions, Owner shall pay the remainder of the Contract Price as recommended by Engineer as provided in said Paragraph 15.06.
Verification of Coverage Consultant shall furnish City with original certificates of insurance, as well as amendatory endorsements or copies of the applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this Agreement. All documents must be received and approved by the City before any Services commence; provided, however, that failure to obtain the required documents prior to the commencement of Services shall not waive Consultant’s obligation to provide them. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, at any time.

Registry Operator shall operate the TLD in a manner that allows the TLD community to discuss and participate in the development and modification of policies and practices for the TLD. Registry Operator shall establish procedures for the enforcement of registration policies for the TLD, and resolution of disputes concerning compliance with TLD registration policies, and shall enforce such registration policies.
