Common use of ISIN or Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

ISIN or Common Code Numbers. Pursuant to a recommendation promulgated by the Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures, the Issuer has caused an ISIN or Common Code number to be printed on the Securities as a convenience to the Holders. No representation is made as to the accuracy of such numbers as printed on the Securities and reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed hereon.
