Common use of ISIN or Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

ISIN or Common Code Numbers. The Issuer in issuing the Securities may use ISIN, Common Code or other similar numbers (if then generally in use), and if so, the Trustee shall use ISIN, Common Code or other similar numbers in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that no representation is hereby deemed to be made as to the correctness or accuracy of such numbers printed in the notice or on the Securities, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the ISIN, Common Code or other similar number.
