The Board shall pay an annual travel allowance to the employee assigned to Echo Bay Elementary School, to the employee assigned to San Josef Elementary School, and to the employee assigned to Quatsino Elementary School. This travel allowance shall be deemed to be 50% for medical purposes and 50% for vacation purposes. i.
