Issue of supplementary card. We may issue a supplementary card to a person nominated by the basic cardmember and approved by us as a supplementary cardmember, in which event this clause 11, in addition and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions of this agreement, applies. The basic cardmember acknowledges that we may, in our discretion, allow the supplementary cardmember to activate the digital version of his/her supplementary card, prior to receipt of the physical version of such supplementary card. The digital version of the supplementary card (comprising of the digital card credentials), may be used by the supplementary cardmember to perform transactions on the relevant supplementary card. In such event, both basic and supplementary cardholder will be liable for the transactions performed using the digital version of the supplementary card in accordance with this clause.

The Employee and the supplementary card holder may both be required to complete necessary application forms. 3.2 The funds loaded from time to time on the primary Payroll Card shall be the available for withdrawal and use by the supplementary card holders. The Employee and the supplementary cardholder will be jointly and severally liable for all debts and outstanding incurred on primary and supplementary cards. 3.3 The Employee as the primary cardholder will fully indemnify us against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expenses however incurred by us in respect of the debits on the supplementary card and any breach of supplementary card holder of these terms and conditions. 3.4 If the primary card is terminated or cancelled for any reason or is not valid, than the supplementary card will also cease to be valid. 3.5 We shall be at liberty to withdraw or cancel the supplementary card at any time at our sole discretion without having to provide any reason whatsoever.

Issue of supplementary card. 27.1 We may agree to issue a supplementary card to a person nominated by you as the primary card holder and approved by us. You may both be required to complete the necessary application form and pay any fees prescribed. 27.2 You and the supplementary cardholder will be jointly and severally liable for all debits and outstandings incurred on the primary and supplementary cards. 27.3 You as the primary cardholder will fully indemnify us against any loss, damage, liability cost and expenses however incurred by us in respect of the debits on the supplementary card and any breach by the supplementary cardholder of these terms and conditions. 27.4 The credit and operational limit applicable to you is also the aggregate credit or operational limit, applicable in the aggregate for you and all supplementary cardholders, unless otherwise instructed by you. We may also increase the operational limit for the supplementary card without giving notice to you as the primary card holder. 27.5 If your primary credit card is terminated for any reason or expires or is not valid, the supplementary card will also cease to be valid. 27.6 We shall be at liberty to withdraw or cancel the supplementary card at any time in our sole discretion without having to provide any reason.

We may send you the supplementary card(s) and the Card PIN(s) to the principal cardmember or the supplementary cardmember(s) by post at your sole risk. All communication sent or given to the principal cardmember or the supplementary cardmember(s) is deemed to be sent or given to both. The principal cardmember and each supplementary cardmember agree to be bound by all instructions and requests made or purportedly made by any of them or any third party authorized in writing by the principal cardmember to operate the card account.
Issue of supplementary card. The Bank may issue a Supplementary Card to a person nominated by the Principal Cardholder and approved by the Bank as a Supplementary Cardholder, in which event this clause 12, in addition and without prejudice to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, applies. or accede to any instruction given by the Principal Cardholder or any Supplementary Cardholder to terminate the use of such Supplementary Card. The respective obligations and liabilities of the Principal Cardholder and the Supplementary Cardholder under this Agreement will continue notwithstanding that the use of such Supplementary Card is terminated.   • Supplementary Provisions 10.1. The failure or delay of any party hereof to exercise any right hereunder shall not be deemed as a waiver thereof, nor any single or partial exercise of any right preclude further exercise thereof in future by the party. 10.2. Upon the effectiveness of the agreement, the parties shall fully perform the agreement. Any modifications of the agreement shall only be effective in written form, through consultations of the parties, and obtained necessary authorization and approval by Party D and Party E respectively. 10.6. Matters not covered in the agreement shall be dealt with in a supplementary agreement, and annexed hereto. The supplementary agreement shall have the same legal force as the agreement. 10.7. The agreement is executed in six original copies, which are equally authentic. Each party hereto shall hold one copy. 10.8. The agreement shall be effective upon execution.
