ISSUED PROPERTY Sample Clauses

The 'Issued Property' clause defines the terms under which property, equipment, or materials are provided by one party (typically the client or employer) to another party (such as a contractor or employee) for use in fulfilling contractual obligations. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities for care, maintenance, and return of the issued items, and may specify procedures for reporting loss or damage. Its core function is to clarify ownership and accountability for property supplied during the course of a project or employment, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring proper handling of assets.
