Redundant Materiel. Redundant Materiel shall mean any surplus materiel to the requirement of the Contract. All redundant Materiel resulting from work carried out under, or procured for the purposes of the Contract, the costs of which have been paid by Us under the Contract, or which is otherwise owned by Us, shall be made known to Us by You. We will issue You with instructions regarding any surplus materiel.
