ISSUES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Identification of Issues If a Party believes that an issue has arisen related to the implementation of this Agreement or any other agreement supplemental to this Agreement, the Party may refer the matter to the Committee with the objective of early identification and resolution of the issue.
