ISSUES OF CONCERN TO THE DESIGNATED LIAISONS Sample Clauses

The "Issues of Concern to the Designated Liaisons" clause defines a process for designated representatives from each party to raise and address specific issues that may arise during the course of an agreement or project. Typically, this clause outlines how such concerns should be communicated, the timeframe for response, and the steps for resolution, ensuring that both parties have a clear channel for discussing operational or contractual matters. Its core function is to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between the parties, helping to prevent misunderstandings and resolve issues before they escalate.
