Item B5. Chemical grout for sealing sewer joints (1) This item of work will be measured and paid for at the unit price per gallon of grout used to seal sewer joint regardless of pipe size. The price shall include all setups, maintenance, transportation, traffic control, labor, work, materials, or any other costs associated with chemical grouting of sewer joints. Chemical grout for sealing sewer laterals or lateral connections will not be paid for by this item
