Janitor. If the Janitor is absent from his duties, the Company will ensure that sanitary conditions are maintained. If the Janitor is absent for one (1) full day or more, the Company will appoint another employee to perform the duties of the Janitor. If the absence is the result of sickness, injury, floater or lieu day, the company may elect not to appoint a replacement until the second day of absence. 1/ Group 1 production employees will select a job preference from among the Group 1 jobs available. Selections will be made annually in April, for implementation in May. Employees have two days to select their preference or their name is bypassed. This applies to employees scheduled at work (holidays, vacation, sickness and days off do not count). Any employee not qualified for his selection shall be trained within 4 weeks. The number of job slots on the "Preference Sheet" will match the number of Group 1 employees. A second preference slot will be included on the sheet. 2/ A shift schedule shall be posted not later than 12:00 Monday for the succeeding week. Work shall be assigned by seniority in accordance with each employee's job preference with the following exceptions: a/ there is no work available on the position b/ another employee is being trained on the employee's preference c/ the employee's qualifications are required on another occupation d/ the employee is being trained on another job An employee affected by point (a) above shall be designated a spare employee.
Janitor. The work of a janitor shall consist of maintaining the cleanliness of the offices of the Company's facilities including hallways, bathrooms, commissary rooms, operations area, passenger and pilot lounges, hangar floors, and may be required to assist with washing aircraft and aircraft dishes. He will also perform other tasks relative to his classification. The work of the Fuel Farm Attendant Psahgaell-b9e- the same as a Line Service Technician Classification. In order to be a Fuel Farm Attendant, the employee must have a CDL License with the Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements. Employees without the requisite requirements wishing to be qualified for a Fuel Farm Attendant Premium position must be nominated by a Lead Line Service Technician. Atlantic Aviation will pay for one (1) truck driving class and road test. The school must be designated by Atlantic Aviation. Upon completion of the school and CDL License with all endorsements have been issued to the candidate, that person will receive the Fuel Farm Attendant Premium. The Fuel Farm Attendant will be responsible for the entire operation and upkeep of the Fuel Farm. Tasking will encompass doing daily, weekly and monthly inspections as outlined on the respective sign-off sheets. these documents must be retained on site and filed in their appropriate binders or logs. This position will also be responsible for the inventory and control of supplies. The terms and conditions of the Plan shall be as set forth in the policy between the insurance company and Northland Power, which is summarized in the booklet attached hereto. The employees shall contribute to the premiums for the Plan in accordance with the policy of Northland Power. Janitor. Lessor will also provide janitor services Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, for all common area. 4. BUSINESS HOURS. Usual business hours as used herein shall mean the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. Premises during hours established by them for their convenience. 5. TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES. Lessor shall not be liable to Tenant, its agents, employees, representatives, customers or invitees for any inconvenience, loss or damage or for any injury to any person or property caused by or resulting from any casual ties, riots, strikes, picketing, accidents, breakdowns or any cause beyond Lessor's reasonable control or from any temporary failure or lack of such services and Tenant shall indemnify Lessor and hold Lessor harmless from any claim or damage because of such inconvenience, loss, damage or injury. No variation, interruption or failure to such services incident to the making of repairs, alterations or improvements or due to casualties, riots, strikes, picketing, accidents, breakdowns, or any cause beyond Lessor's reasonable control or temporary failure to lack of such services shall be deemed an eviction of Tenant or relieve Tenant from any of Tenant's obligations hereunder. 6.
Janitor. Is an employee who is responsible for the cleaning and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisors.

During negotiations, the parties discussed the Janitor classification and it was agreed that the cleaning of washrooms, lunchrooms and first aid room will be performed by an outside cleaning agency. The company will continue to have one (1) Janitor on Day Shift who may be given additional duties other than janitorial duties. In case the janitor is absent for one (1) full day or more, the Company will temporarily transfer another employee to the janitor’s job. Due to the reduced workload the janitor may be reassigned to the attendant classification within the plant on this shift after completing his janitorial duties. The temporary transfer twenty (20) day limited will not apply to this classification. Maintenance men will not be expected to perform the janitor’s duties. However, should the janitor be absent for less than a day, maintenance personnel may be required to perform the janitor’s roll in cleaning dust collectors and filling propane tanks.
Janitor. The duties of a janitor shall be to clean the premises, hang curtains, drapes and pictures, move furniture and baggage and remove garbage, and in addition thereto, to make such repairs and to give such care to apparatus and equipment as may be necessary for its continuous operation and function, together with other assignments at the employer's discretion. It is understood that a janitor will not be required to perform functions in conflict with the recognized field of work of any other union, except in cases of emergency or where the interests of the owner or agent may suffer from failure to have the work done at once, and that the employment of a janitor shall not preclude the employer from engaging the services of contractors to perform any of the above work where the skill of the janitor is lacking and time is of the essence.
