Common use of JOB DESCRIPTION AND CLASSIFICATION Clause in Contracts

JOB DESCRIPTION AND CLASSIFICATION. A. For each category, job descriptions will include at a minimum: (1) Job Title and Description (2) Minimum Requirements (3) A specific statement of required tasks and responsibilities Any evaluations of bargaining unit members' work performance shall be based primarily upon said job descriptions. B. The basic compensation of each bargaining unit member shall be as set forth in Schedule "A". There shall be no deviation from said compensation rates during the life of this Agreement. C. Compensatory time off may be given instead of overtime pay if mutually agreeable to the Employer and the bargaining unit member.
