Common use of Joint Appointment Clause in Contracts

Joint Appointment. If at any time two or more persons have been appointed as Receivers of the same Security Assets, each one of those Receivers shall be entitled to exercise individually all of the rights conferred on Receivers under this Deed to the exclusion of the other or others in relation to any of the Security Assets in respect of which he has been appointed unless the Agent shall state otherwise in the document appointing him.

If at any time two or more persons have been appointed as Receivers of the same Security Secured Assets, each one of those Receivers shall be entitled to exercise individually all of the rights conferred on Receivers under this Deed Debenture to the exclusion of the other or others in relation to any of the Security Secured Assets in respect of which he has been appointed unless the European Agent shall state otherwise in the document appointing him.

If at any time two or more persons have been appointed as Receivers of the same Security Secured Assets, each one of those Receivers shall be entitled to exercise individually all of the rights conferred on Receivers under this Deed Debenture to the exclusion of the other or others in relation to any of the Security Secured Assets in respect of which he has been appointed unless the French Administrative Agent shall state otherwise in the document appointing him.. Joint Appointment. If at any time two or more persons have been appointed as Receivers of the same Security Secured Assets, each one of those Receivers shall be entitled to exercise individually all of the rights conferred on Receivers under this Deed to the exclusion of the other or others in relation to any of the Security Secured Assets in respect of which he or she has been appointed unless the Administrative Agent shall state otherwise in the document appointing himhim or her.
