Common use of Joint Design Approval Procedures Clause in Contracts

Joint Design Approval Procedures. The FAA and LFV may undertake concurrent type certification/validation and other design approval projects with respect to products covered by the Scope of these Implementation Procedures when it is in the interest of both authorities and their aviation industries.
