Joint Labor/Management Committees. Section 141. There shall be established in each store a joint Labor Management Committee whose purpose shall be to investigate, study and discuss mutual solutions to problems affecting Labor-Management relations in the store in a sincere attempt to improve the parties' basic relationship. The Committee in each store shall be made up of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives and shall develop its own guidelines as determined by the participants in the store and as approved by the Union and the Employer. The Committee shall not have the authority to modify the terms of this Agreement.
