Common use of JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. 7:01 There shall be established during the life of this Agreement JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES composed of two (2) members representing the Employers in each of the Appendices and two (2) members representing the Employees. These Committees will generally administer the terms of the Agreement and their specific Appendix and shall deal with such other matters referred to it by either party. 7:02 Any dispute involving the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of this Agreement may be reduced to writing and submitted by either party to the Joint Labour Management Committee and if no resolution is reached within 10 days, may be submitted under the provisions of Article 9:00.
