Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process; Forecasting. 12.1 Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process. Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia: 12.1.1 standards to ensure that Interconnection Trunks experience a grade of service, availability and quality in accord with all appropriate relevant industry-accepted quality, reliability and availability standards. 12.1.2 the respective duties and responsibilities of the Parties with respect to the administration and maintenance of the trunk groups, including, but not limited to, standards and procedures for notification and discoveries of trunk disconnects; 12.1.3 disaster recovery provision escalations; 12.1.4 additional EAB location(s) as provided in Sections 1 and 2 of this Attachment; and 12.1.5 such other matters as the Parties may agree, including, e.g., End Office to End Office high usage trunks as good engineering practices may dictate.
