Common use of Joint Stipulation Clause in Contracts

Joint Stipulation. The Seller's obligations to transfer the Sale Shares to the Buyer on the Closing Date and the Buyer's obligations to pay the Seller the Consideration for the Sale Shares are considered joints stipulations as defined by the law.
