Special Stipulations. The following Special Stipulations, if conflicting with any preceding paragraph, shall control:
Special Stipulations. In addition to observing the general obligations and standards of performance set out in the current regulations, the lessee shall comply with and be bound by the following special stipulations. These stipulations are also imposed upon the lessee's agents and employees. The failure or refusal of any of these persons to comply with these stipulations shall be deemed a failure of the lessee to comply with the terms of the lease. The lessee shall require his agents, contractors and subcontractors involved in activities concerning this lease to include these stipulations in the contracts between and among them. These stipulations may be revised or amended, in writing, by the mutual consent of the lessor and the lessee at any time to adjust to changed conditions or to correct an oversight.
Special Stipulations. The Special Stipulations, if conflicting, if any, attached hereto as Exhibit “D ” are modifications to the terms of this Lease and such Special Stipulation shall control in the event of any conflict with the other provisions of this Lease or any exhibits hereto.

Special Stipulations. If Tenant chooses to terminate the lease prior to the expiration date for any reason other than official military orders that qualify for early move-out under the Service Members Civil Relief Act, Tenant is aware that Tenant is fully responsible for the lease until the lease expires or until said property is re-rented by a qualified tenant(s) or until the property closes for sale. Tenant will be required to pay one (1) month's rent as an Additional Administrative Fee. Tenant may not use Security Deposit to pay Additional Administrative Fee.
Special Stipulations. (a) No receipt of money by the Landlord from the Tenant after the termination of this Lease or after the service of any notice or after the commencement of any suit, or after final judgment for possession of the Premises shall reinstate, continue or extend the term of this Lease or affect any such notice, demand or suit or imply consent for any action for which Landlord’s consent is required. (b) No waiver of any default of the Tenant hereunder shall be implied from any omission by the Landlord to take any action on account of such default if such default persists or be repeated, and no express waiver shall affect any default other than the default specified in the express waiver and that only for the time and to the extent therein stated.
Special Stipulations. Entries, if any, listed in this section supersede different or conflicting entries in other sections of this Agreement.
