Joint Strategy. In the event that the use or sale of a Licensed Product becomes the subject of a claim of infringement or a patent, copyright or other proprietary right anywhere in the Sanwa Territory, and without regard to which Party is charged with said infringement, and the venue of such claim, the Parties shall promptly confer to discuss the claim.
