Joint Working Group. 1. The Joint Working Group shall: а) consider the issues regulated by this Annex;
Joint Working Group. The development, implementation and finalisation of the third five-yearly review will be supported by the Joint Working Group. In addition, the Joint Working Group will be supported by a Joint Working Group Support Team. The Joint Working Group will comprise two nominees of the Western Australian Government and two nominees of the Australian Government. It will be co-chaired by a representative of the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources and a representative of the Western Australian Department of Parks and Wildlife (which will provide supporting secretariat duties). The Joint Working Group is responsible for:  allocating resources to undertake the third five-yearly review, including collating submissions, supporting the Independent Reviewer and publishing the Joint Government Response to the report by the Independent Reviewer  inviting public comment on the Report on Progress with Implementation of the Regional Forest Agreement for the South-West Forest Region of Western Australia with respect to the milestones, commitments and obligations of the WA RFA and, recognising the commitment to extend the WA RFA, on the scope of the proposed extension of the agreement  publication and tabling of the Joint Government Response to the report by the Independent reviewer of the third five-yearly review.
Joint Working Group. The Joint Working Group will comprise a representative from each Australian Government and Victorian Government agency with responsibility for forest industry and/or environment policy. The Joint Working Group is responsible for – implementing this Scoping Agreement. allocating resources to undertake work in respect of this Review. the development of the Summary Report (see Section 9 above). constitution of and communication with the Panel. consideration of, and recommendations with respect to the Panel’s consultation and engagement plan. consideration of Panel requests for expertise, input or information from other sources. Through the Joint Working Group the Parties will support the Panel by providing – information required for the consideration of matters set out in section 6 including provision of relevant documents and forwarding public submissions; information and access to resources required to undertake stakeholder and community consultation; access to resources required for secretariat purposes. In addition, the Joint Working Group will be supported by a Joint Working Group Support Team. A Joint Working Group Support Team will comprise officers from both the Victorian and Australian Governments, as appointed by each Party. The Joint Working Group Support Team will be responsible for developing material to assist the Joint Working Group, such as the drafting of a Summary Report for public consultation, and its duties will include day to day implementation of this Scoping Agreement.
Joint Working Group. The Parties shall establish the Joint Working Group within five (5) business days upon the execution of this Agreement, which will be responsible to promote and manage the development of the Project.
Joint Working Group. 10.1 Immediately upon execution of this Agreement, the Parties will form a Joint Working Group (“JWG”). The purpose of the JWG shall be to finalise the technical and operations schedules to this Agreement (Exhibit (A) – Exhibit (G)), including the co- location arrangements (pursuant to Exhibit (D), which includes commercial terms for co- location) and any other documentation required pursuant to this Agreement. 10.2 The Parties will negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the content of the Exhibits subject of Section 10 but should they fail to reach agreement on any material provision of any Exhibit within ninety (90) working days of the date of this Agreement then this Agreement shall lapse and any payment paid by Customer to GCCIA in respect of the IRU Fee shall be refunded.
Joint Working Group. EP, the Clubs’ EFA committee and the ELPA undertake to set up a joint working group on a regular basis to discuss matters relating to e.g. competitive sport, governance, marketing, player transfers, player agents and player education and welfare. Each Party and the Clubs’ EFA commission will independently select the members of the joint working group that will represent their respective organisations. The joint working group will be convened within a reasonable notification period at least once every six months.

The parties shall attempt to reach consensus on the final design of the job evaluation system, and will make every effort to complete the development and testing of the new system within five months of hiring the consultant. Pay Equity Plan 1. The Consultant will assist in the development of a Pay Equity Plan incorporating the agreements reached between the parties. The JWG will oversee this process. The parties shall attempt to reach consensus on the final design of the Pay Equity Plan, including a Pay Equity maintenance process. 2. Upon completion of this pay equity process, the Employer and Union shall recommend the approval of the Plan to their respective principals. 3. The completed Pay Equity Plan for the bargaining unit shall be posted in accordance with the requirements of the Pay Equity Act.

The Joint Working Group is responsible for: implementing this Scoping Agreement allocating resources to undertake the review, including supporting the Independent Reviewer preparing and publishing the Report on Progress with Implementation of the Victorian Regional Forest Agreements (RFAs): Period 3 - 2009-2014 inviting public submissions on the Report on Progress with Implementation of the Victorian Regional Forest Agreements (RFAs): Period 3 - 2009-2014 with respect to the milestones and obligations of the Victorian RFAs, and relevant to the extension of the Victorian RFAs supporting the Independent Reviewer in their review of both the report and the public submissions on the Report on Progress with Implementation of the Victorian Regional Forest Agreements (RFAs): Period 3 - 2009-2014, in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the Independent Reviewer at Attachment 2 of this Agreement preparing and publishing the joint government response to the report by the Independent Reviewer. The support to be provided to the Independent Reviewer by the Joint Working Group will include provision of the Report on Progress with Implementation of the Victorian Regional Forest Agreements (RFAs): Period 3 - 2009-2014 and relevant documents, collation and supply of public submissions. Support will not include secretariat services or drafting of reports.
Joint Working Group. 1. The Parties hereby establish the Joint Working Group on TBT and SPS, comprising representatives from the relevant regulatory authorities of each Party. 2. The Joint Working Group shall be led and co-ordinated by co-chairs from both Parties. 3. The Joint Working Group shall be established no later than one (1) year following the date of entry into force of this Agreement. The meeting of the Joint Working Group shall take place once a year, back-to-back with the meetings of the FTA Joint Committee established under Article 111 (Implementation and Review), unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. 4. The functions of the Joint Working Group shall include: (a) administering and supervising the implementation of this Chapter; (b) addressing any issue and dispute arising from the implementation of this Chapter and its Annexes; (c) reviewing this Chapter and its Annexes, making supplementary attachments and Annexes where necessary; (d) where appropriate, facilitating co-operation in specific areas among accreditation and conformity assessment bodies in the Parties’ territories; (e) ensuring the Parties’ relevant regulatory authorities negotiate on the priority issues identified by the Joint Study Report on a Free Trade Agreement between China and Singapore in an appropriate manner, in particular, mutual recognition of conformity assessment procedures on electrical and electronic equipment, regionalisation, mutual recognition of conformity assessment procedures on telecommunications equipment and equivalence; (f) where appropriate, strengthening the exchange of information with regard to the activities of non-governmental, regional, and multilateral fora related to standardisation, technical regulations, and conformity assessment procedures; and (g) reporting to the FTA Joint Committee on the implementation of this Chapter when appropriate. 5. Each Party shall, upon request, give favourable consideration to any sector-specific proposal made by the other Party for further co-operation under this Chapter.
