This representative shall be solely responsible for ensuring that Contractor complies with the requirements of this Agreement, implements the instructions of the Judicial Council and resolves issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis during the term of the Agreement. All staffing replacements must match or exceed the qualifications and level of experience of the assigned representative.
