Common use of Judicial Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Judicial Interpretation. If this Agreement requires judicial interpretation, then the parties hereby stipulate that the court should not construe the terms of this Agreement more strictly against the party preparing this Agreement, it being acknowledged that the parties have sought and received advice of counsel to the extent that each deems necessary for full understanding of all the consequences hereof.

Judicial Interpretation. If Should any provision of this Agreement requires require judicial interpretation, then the parties hereby stipulate it is agreed that the court should not construe the terms of this Agreement will not be more strictly construed against the party preparing who prepared this Agreement, it being acknowledged that the parties have sought and received advice of counsel to the extent further agreed that each deems necessary for full understanding party has participated in the negotiation of all this Agreement and was given sufficient opportunity to consult legal counsel before the consequences hereofexecution of this Agreement.
