Jurisdiction and Forum Selection. This Agreement and any amendments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
Jurisdiction and Forum Selection. All parties agree to be bound by U.S. law and to be held accountable in the US judicial system, which includes US courts or forums for alternative dispute resolution. The Kalispel Tribal Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit that may be filed relating to this Agreement, including any suit relating to the sovereign immunity of the Tribe.

Each of the Parties consent to such forums and jurisdiction to hear such dispute. Pursuant to Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, 5▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ (1994), any stipulation or order of dismissal will explicitly reserve such jurisdiction in those courts.

  • Forum Selection, Jurisdiction, and Venue The parties agree that any lawsuit filed by either party to this Agreement related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement must be brought in a Georgia court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Chatham County, Georgia, or in a Federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in the Southern District of Georgia. Contractor agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any such court and agrees that any such court shall be a proper venue for any lawsuit related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to waive in advance any defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction or improper venue in any such court.

  • Governing Law; Forum Selection This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. To the extent not otherwise governed by Article 3 of this Appendix, any claim concerning this contract shall be brought only in the Superior Court of the State of Alaska and not elsewhere.

  • Governing Law and Forum Selection This Agreement shall be construed and the provisions thereof interpreted under and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any legal suit, action or proceeding related to, arising out of or concerning this Agreement shall be brought only in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, or if such action may not be brought in that court, then such action shall be brought in the New York Supreme Court (the “Designated Courts”).
