Jurisdiction and Forum Selection. This Agreement and any amendments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

All parties agree to be bound by U.S. law and to be held accountable in the US judicial system, which includes US courts or forums for alternative dispute resolution. This Agreement shall be governed by, enforced, and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Florida. Jurisdiction and Forum Selection. Any and all disputes arising from the enforcement or breach of this Agreement shall be filed and determined in the Kalispel Tribal Court. The Kalispel Tribal Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit that may be filed relating to this Agreement, including any suit relating to the sovereign immunity of the Tribe.

Each of the Parties consent to such forums and jurisdiction to hear such dispute. Pursuant to Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, 5▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ (1994), any stipulation or order of dismissal will explicitly reserve such jurisdiction in those courts.
