Jurisdiction Specific Terms. To the extent Xactly Processes Personal Data originating from and protected by Data Protection Laws and Regulations in one of the jurisdictions listed in Schedule 4 “Jurisdiction Specific Terms” of this DPA, the terms specified in Schedule 4 with respect to the applicable jurisdiction(s) apply in addition to the terms of this DPA.
