Common use of Justification Clause in Contracts

Justification. All Requests for Change Orders shall include an attachment containing a detailed narrative justification therefor, describing the circumstances underlying the proposed change, identifying the specific provision(s) of Section 10 which permit a Change Order to be issued, and describing the data and documents (including all data and reports required under Section 10.9) which establish the necessity and amount of such proposed change.

Justification. All Requests for Change Orders shall include an attachment containing a detailed narrative justification therefor, describing the circumstances underlying the proposed change, identifying the specific provision(s) of Section 10 which 4.5 that permit a Change Order to be issued, and describing the data and documents (including all data and reports required under Section 10.94.5.12) which that establish the necessity and amount of such proposed change.
