Keep Clean and Tidy Clause Samples

The "Keep Clean and Tidy" clause requires parties, typically tenants or occupants, to maintain the premises in a clean and orderly condition throughout the term of their occupancy. This obligation often includes regular cleaning, proper disposal of waste, and preventing the accumulation of clutter or hazards in both private and shared areas. By setting clear expectations for cleanliness, the clause helps preserve the property's condition, prevents disputes over maintenance responsibilities, and ensures a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
