KEEPING OF PETS. Keeping pets - with the exception of small animals such as pet birds, pet fish, hamsters, etc. - is only possible with the landlord's consent in text form, which the landlord may refuse for an objective reason. The landlord reserves the right of revocation of a granted consent for important reasons. Important reasons are in particular odour and/or noise nuisance, damage to the rental property and/or interference with other tenants.
