Common use of Key Control Clause in Contracts

Key Control. The County shall ensure that emergency keys are appropriately marked and identifiable by touch, and consistently stored in a quickly accessible location, and that staff are adequately trained in the use of the emergency keys. Without admitting prior deficiencies, the County of Oklahoma County will continue striving to provide constitutional standards of care to all detainees and inmates at the Jail.
