This Agreement has been jointly developed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Electrics Pty Ltd and its employees with the purpose of developing and implementing workplace reform strategies so as to produce a continuous improvement environment aimed directly at improving the competitiveness of the Company within the marketplace, thus delivering projects on time and within budget along with job satisfaction and job security for employees. The primary objective of the Company is to provide safe, efficient and highly productive labour and services to its Clients. The performance of every employee is critical to achieving the Company’s objectives and the employee agrees to actively co-operate with management and supervisors to achieve high levels of safety, productivity and cost efficient operations.

KEY OBJECTIVES. The Service Providers ‘Performance Exposed % Cost’ (Service Credit) is 5% of the total monthly application account. (the results will be rolled up for the quarterly meeting). . The objective is for the KPI’s is to have a key focus on: • Service delivery • Contractual obligations (quotes, document management, cost) • Health and Safety • Site Familiarisation The KPIs stated may be altered, added to or removed entirely, throughout the duration of the contract and will be subject to reviews. Both parties have to agree such changes. The Service Provider is to work with STFC to set up fully functioning KPIs based on shared data within the first 3 months of the contract start date. The data that is used to measure performance of this contract is to be ‘shared’ and primarily from STFC’s supplied CAFM system.
KEY OBJECTIVES. The scheme aims to deliver the following objectives:
a) Improve patients’ access to advice and treatment.
b) Reduce unnecessary waiting times for appointment
c) Reduce GP workload for minor ailments.
d) Reduce inappropriate consultations
e) Raise awareness the role of the pharmacist in support for self-care.
f) To support primary care integration for the self-care agenda.
g) Encourage registration of hard to reach patient groups eg. Travellers and asylum seekers.

a) To improve the efficiency and productivity of the Company through the real change in the way employees carry out their core tasks.
b) To promote a wider utilisation of skills by the Company’s workforce, supported by appropriate training where needed, and to lessen the degree of direct supervision.
c) To jointly explore the practicality of work teams, and the removal of unnecessary barriers that may prevent the full utilisation of the skills of the Company’s workers.
d) To anticipate and utilise new technologies, subject to appropriate training, to enhance the competitive position of the Company.
e) To prepare for the implementation of quality assurance techniques where they relate directly to the performance of employment duties.
f) To continue to maintain a working environment that is safe, both on sites and elsewhere.
g) To improve the job satisfaction and responsibility of the Company’s workforce; and through the measures contained in this Agreement, to improve both the job security and internal career prospects of the workforce.
h) To ensure that the Company’s workers are rewarded for measured improvements in productivity and efficiency.

KEY OBJECTIVES. The key objectives of the MS Programme Board shall be to: provide reassurance to the SRO that resources within the Programme are working collaboratively to achieve the 11 Key Deliverables, and to track their progress against the Project Plans via an overarching delivery update paper. Provide an update on the current status of the Programme risk register. When required, approve change control papers that detail a change of scope in relation to achieving any of the Key Deliverables. Provide a detailed update on the progress of Phase 2 of the Modern Slavery Transformation Programme workstreams, with particular focus on identifying exit / continuation strategies for the Programme. Approval of quarterly and annual budget monitoring reports prior to scrutiny at the Strategic Oversight Board.
