The Supplier shall at all times ensure compliance with the standards set by the KPIs. 3.3 The Authority shall review progress against these KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of which the Supplier performs its obligations to fulfil the Framework Agreement. 3.4 The Supplier’s achievement of KPIs shall be reviewed during Framework Review Meetings, in accordance with paragraph 2.2 above, and the review and ongoing monitoring of KPIs will form a key part of the framework management process as outlined in this Schedule. 3.5 The Supplier shall provide a Monthly report on its performance against each of the KPIs listed in Part 3 of Framework Schedule 1. 3.6 The Authority reserves the right to adjust, introduce new, or remove KPIs throughout the Contract Period, however any significant changes to KPIs shall be agreed between the Authority and the Supplier.

The Board shall on a quarterly basis submit progress report and/or any other reports required by the City with sufficient information to enable the City to assess its performance towards attaining the set service delivery objectives. 7.3. The Board is ultimately responsible for the performance management of the Company and all employees of the Company and shall develop and implement such internal performance management tools and protocols as are deemed to be in the best interests of the Company. 7.4. The performance objectives and targets that must be met by the Board and time frame within these must be met are detailed in Annexure “A” of this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).
