Common use of Key Performance Indicators Clause in Contracts

Key Performance Indicators. 3.1 The KPIs applicable to this Framework Agreement are set out in Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators). 3.2 The Supplier shall establish processes to monitor its performance against the agreed KPIs. The Supplier shall provide a Monthly report on its performance against each of the KPIs listed in Part B of Framework Schedule 2 (Services and Key Performance Indicators).
