KEY PROJECT STAFF. 1. Contractor Personnel will be properly educated, trained and qualified for the Services they are to perform, and Contractor ensure that Contractor’s staff receive appropriate initial and ongoing training appropriate to their respective roles. Additionally: a. Contractor shall be responsible, at its own cost and expense, for any and all recruitment, hiring, Contractor-specific training, education and orientation for all Contractor Personnel assigned or to be assigned to perform Services or support the Requirements. b. All Contractor Personnel, in addition to any Contractor security policies and procedures, shall be required to comply with the security requirements in this Contract c. Contractor shall conduct its hiring process in compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws to include, but not be limited to, anti-discrimination laws.
