County Project Manager Sample Clauses

County Project Manager. The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.
County Project Manager. Person designated by County’s Project Director to manage the operations under this contract.
County Project Manager. Note: The written approval of substituted Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works.
County Project Manager. The person designated by County Project Director as chief contact person with respect to the day-to-day administration of this Master Agreement. All references here forward to County Project Manager mean, “County Project Manager or designee.”
County Project Manager. County Project Manager is Contractor’s chief contact person with respect to the day-to-day administration of this Master Agreement. County Project Manager will prepare and issue Work Orders and any Amendments thereto, and generally be the first person for Contractor to contact with any questions. The responsibilities of County Project Manager may include: 6.4.1 meeting with Contractor Project Manager on a regular basis, 6.4.2 preparing Work Orders, and 6.4.3 inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, Services, or other Work provided by or on behalf of Contractor.
County Project Manager. County Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the technical, business, and operational standards and requirements of this Contract are met. County Project Manager will interface with Contractor’s Project Manager on a regular basis. County Project Manager will report to County Project Director regarding Contractor’s performance with respect to business and operational standards and requirements of the Contract. Unless specified otherwise, County Project Manager will be the presumptive designee of County Project Director.
County Project Manager. The COUNTY Project Manager or designee for this undertaking who will receive payment invoices and answer questions related to the coordination of this undertaking is identified above in the variable information table.
County Project Manager. The role of County Project Manager is authorized to include but not limited to: a) Meeting with Contractor’s Project Manager on a regular basis, b) Preparing Work Orders, and c) Inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, Services, or other Work provided by or on behalf of Contractor; however, in no event will Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Master Agreement be relieved, excused or limited thereby. County Project Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and is not authorized to further obligate the County in any respect whatsoever.
County Project Manager. The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Vendor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Vendor. If the County’s Project Manager requests in writing the removal and replacement of the Vendor’s Project Manager and key personnel, the Parties shall attempt to resolve the County’s Project Manager’s concerns on a mutually agreeable basis. If the Parties have not been able to resolve the County’s Project Manager concerns within five (5) business days, the Vendor shall propose to the County’s Project Manager the assignment of another. The Vendor shall accomplish the removal within 14 calendar days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Vendor’s Project Manager and key personnel. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
