The Parties shall attempt to resolve Clause Samples

This clause requires the parties involved in an agreement to make a genuine effort to resolve any disputes or disagreements that arise between them, typically through negotiation or informal discussion before pursuing formal legal action. In practice, it may specify that the parties must meet, communicate, or engage in good faith discussions to try to settle their differences, sometimes within a set timeframe. The core function of this clause is to encourage amicable resolution and reduce the likelihood of costly and time-consuming litigation by promoting direct communication and problem-solving between the parties.
