Key Selection Criteria Clause Samples

The Key Selection Criteria clause defines the main standards or requirements that must be met for a party, product, or service to be chosen in a selection process. Typically, this clause outlines specific qualifications, experience, technical capabilities, or other measurable factors that evaluators will use to assess candidates or proposals. By clearly stating these criteria, the clause ensures transparency and fairness in the decision-making process, helping to prevent disputes and misunderstandings about how selections are made.
